These bird-like creatures appear to have evolved out of the ability to fly. With those changes came denser bones. Likely you'd want your bones to be as dense as possible when you're getting punched by someone with super-strength. ... The display makes all the humanoids reconsider the life choices they made up to this point, but the other avian isn't taking the sight of its companion being dropped like a rock very well. It screams with a cry so loud that it drives Han's head to throb and then swings it's beak Captain Marvel's way for a bite.
