Carol scoops up the thankfully-intact bottle and shifts it into the crook of her arms, almost like she needs to protect it in case they're jumped again.
She crosses back over to him and glances over at the indentation of herself in the wall. It isn't the first place she's left an impression and it won't be the last. "I'm strong," she offers as explanation, even though he has clearly figured that out by now. "And I can fly." It's stated plainly as she's not sure what may or may not surprise him. But hopefully it's not a complete turn off.
