Carol watches the exchange between them. Even though she doesn't speak whatever the furry thing speaks, she can tell that he's not entirely pleased with Han. Which, well, if they're partners and he didn't check in, she can kind of understand.
"Hi there," she says after being introduced. Hopefully Harrison could pick up the language sooner rather than later so he could translate the speech.
Carol glances back at Han. "So are you leaving with him? Or should I invite him in?" She'd certainly like for Han to stick around, but for all she knows Chewbacca could be telling him that their ship is on fire.
