Carol loves getting to be in charge and she really appreciates that Han doesn't mind sharing the control in bed. Or in this case, on the foot of the bed. Getting to bounce up and down on that joystick of his is pure bliss.

One of her hands runs through his hair as she moves her kisses to whatever skin that she can reach without shifting in his lap. The squeeze of her ass coaxes out a deep, happy groan.

There's just a bit of an increase in the pace and she lets out a "oh fuck" as he hits a little deeper.

They don’t say ‘fuck’ where he comes from. So he figures that it’s something they must say where she’s been that he hasn’t. He’s got a guess or two of what it could mean, though, and the tone of her voice has him thinking it’s a compliment.

He’s starting to breathe more heavily. It’s not abnormal for him to get that way in the act, but it’s the first time he wished that he didn’t. She hasn’t broken a sweat. Hasn’t taken an air hungry breath. Her heart probably isn’t thumping in her chest the way that his is.

There’s a fleeting want to keep up with her better floating through the back of his mind, now that he can see her in more light than before. It’s jostled out of his head when she starts to move faster and his hands start to wander to her hips.

She's not even considering the language differences, honestly. If he wants to ask her about it afterwards she'd be happy to explain it, though. It is certainly a compliment, though.

Hopefully he doesn't take it personally that she hasn't broken a sweat. Normal humans would by now. Human/Kree hybrids, not so much. It was rare for her to break a sweat at all.

There's no need to worry about keeping up. Because while she may not be sweating and breathing heavily, she is really close to coming.

He’s close too. The extended handling of him had him almost ready to pounce by the time they got back to her bed.

Han is content to grab her hips as hard as he can. It’s a strong human grip, but he gets the sense that is isn’t going to bother Carol much. The grasp gives him a little better since of how he can move with her and that he does. For a while. While he has the stamina to do so. The slight arching of his own hips and lower back to work in time with the thrusts.

A couple of minutes. Maybe two or three, and he’s cuming. Pulling her in close if she’s willing to go along with the gesture.

Maybe he can do that next time. Because now that Carol's gone a few rounds with him, she sure wouldn't mind being pounced by him.

He's welcome to grab as hard as he needs to. Carol certainly doesn't mind the pressure and if it helps him keep up, then she's definitely all for it.

It works because she's coming within moments of him. She presses in against him as she comes hard with deep, satisfied moan. Her body slumps a bit against his, so she reaches out with a arm to keep her upright a bit until he either moves them into a lying down position, or he seems to be coming back into focus after his own orgasm.

You couldn’t really say that Han’s situational awareness is at it’s finest when he’s in the middle of an orgasm. He’s not sure if he should be trying to hold himself up or lay back down at first either. It’s not until he feels those tough muscles of hers start to go slack that he figures they ought to go limp in the bed together.

His noises follow more of sigh kind of pattern, half swallows up by labored breaths. It’s unmistakably a pleased set of noises, though. His arms wrap around to hold her, which, he thinks would be alright to do. There seems to be fondness on both sides. (Though he’s not quite sure if she’s fond of tenderness, entirely.)

“Even with the interruption ...” he begins, “... this is the nicest wake up I’ve had in a while.”

Carol lies down with him and doesn’t mind at all when he puts his arms around her. She shifts just a little to make it slightly more comfortable for her, but this is actually pretty nice. Carol isn’t always one for cuddling, but she can be when she likes her partner.

She lets out a laugh before pressing a kiss to his skin. “Same. Most of my mornings aren’t nearly as fun.”

Han’s skin tastes like the salt of his sweat.

He can’t help but look at her and think about how poised she looks. She could get up and run a few miles right now, if she wanted. Punch a hole through a wall. Or fly ... she did say that she could fly, didn’t she? Without a jet pack or some kind of tech to help her. It’s hard not to be envious, but he can push the feeling aside easily enough - he always had this feeling that he’d meet a strong woman someday.

He wasn’t a superstitious guy, mind you, but he had these feelings about things. And those feelings almost always turned out to be right.

“We’ll work on that.” He promises, stroking over the length of her back with casual swipes of hand. “We got at least a few more hours here and then, we can practice on a few other mornings.”

That's what she's expecting so it's not like she's grossed out by it. The vast majority of her partners in bed have sweat more than her.

She could easily do any of the things he just considered, but she's pretty content curled up in bed with him. Especially because he is demonstrating extreme levels of chill around her. She keeps thinking about it because it really is rare.

Also rare? Hearing men in her bed promising more mornings in her bed. "I'm gonna hold you to that. I could use more fun in my life."

It's hard to say how long they end up tangled together. Time got all icy and weird the way that it does when ...

... the way that it does when you lose track of it suddenly. They don't even say all that much that sticks with him. Just light conversation and a lot of basking in the company of someone you like being around. It's nice. It doesn't get interrupted, either.

At some point, they do jump into the refresher of her ship. Like everything else he's noticed on her ship, it looks new and it works well. The water that runs over them feels clean and warm while it's pouring out of the fresherhead. They end up using the time alone to get familiar with each other. And clean. Eventually.

Then, they stop back in the galley and eat something quickly. There would have been plenty of time to have had a full meal, but time was starting to get away from them. She's got hot caff and some kind of bread-like product with several options of flavored spreads to smear upon it. He finds himself wondering, with enough time to prepare, if they two of them together could cook something decent ...

"So I can go get that data and bring it back to you." Han murmurs. "Or you could come with me to grab it."

All in all, it turns into quite the lovely morning. It's a small taste of what normal could be like - well, at least normal in the sense of two people from opposite sides of the galaxy getting to enjoy spending time together. Carol is delighted have some new, found memories of time in her shower. She's also glad that Han is just as capable standing in one as he is lying in bed.

Coffee is a must in the morning, and Carol goes through two and a half cups by herself. And while she wouldn't be opposed to them trying to make a more involved meal, she can't say it's really on her mind. Her cooking skills are pretty limited and she's never quite made it a priority to develop them. But if he suggested it, she'd certainly try.

She considers his question while taking another sip of her coffee. "I think I'd like to come with and see your ship." Even if the thing is half undone with repairs.

To be honest, he has no idea what he must seem like to her, but he’s gotta believe that rich didn’t cross her mind. Even still, he feels like he ought to say something to blunt her expectations a little bit. If she’s excepting anything he owns to look like what she has around ...

“It’s not as big as yours.” He says with a fractional shrug while looking down in his coffee. “Probably not as new, either. I’d be glad to show you around, though.”

That’s what you’re supposed to say, right? ‘I’ll be glad to show you around’. He doesn’t seem glad. Most of the people Han knew well weren’t the type to put someone’s ship down because it didn’t still have the factory gleem, but most of those people he didn’t care to impress. He wants Carol to have a good opinion of him - it matters to him way more than it probably should.

He can rest assured that she didn't get the impression that he was rich. Scrappy, resourceful, charming as hell, but not rich. She assumed it in the way he was hanging around a dive bar and the wide eyes he got when first seeing her ship. In fact she had been kind of concerned about him handing over credits for the data pads and was planning on repaying him the moment she had a chance.

"That's more than okay. The important thing is that she's yours." It's more than she could say. Sure, she likes Harrison, but he doesn't belong to her. She did own a small plane that she kept stored back on Earth, though.

And Han, lacking even the most basic of understanding of how things go on earth, presumes that Harrison belongs to Carol. That she’s obviously some kind of runaway success story because all the things she has are new and she doesn’t seem especially concerned about money. That she can devote her time and energy to helping other people and she doesn’t have any worries of her own.

He’s jealous.

Though, at some point, he’s bound to understand that Captain Marvel doesn’t have everything figured out and her life is far from perfect.

“She is.” He murmurs with a faint nod of his head and a bare smile. “And Bria is my first. By the time I have the next one, I’ll know what not to do. What changes to make early on. That kind of thing.”

He'll figure it out eventually, or she'll get around to explaining that helping people is her job. That there are organizations on Earth with enough money and resources and priorities to have space exploration and alien relationships.

She does have plenty of worries, but those aren't the things you share with the handsome smuggler that you've known for less than 24 hours.

"Nothing wrong with a good ship to learn on. I made mistakes on my first space ship." She gives him a smile and pours herself some more coffee. "I want to see those droid brains you told me about."

She’s had a positive effect on the handsome smuggler. The smile on his face, now that she has him talking about starships, would have been hard to imagine on the moody, aloof young man in the cantina.

“You guys don’t have droids around, do you?”

Despite all the different worlds that he’s been to and the alien cultures that he’s seen, it’s hard for him to imagine a civilized region of the galaxy that wasn’t loaded with droids. Then again. If she’s from a place that doesn’t have droids around, maybe she doesn’t know what he means. He roots around in his head for a better explaination.

“Robot helpers, I guess you’d call them. Although, there not always as helpful as they seem.” Then, he adds. “Most of the ships around here interface with them and a lot of navigation systems run better when they’ve got that ... support. From the droid.”

It really would've been hard to imagine. The only reason she's believing it is because she's seeing it on his lips right now. Carol gets why he does it - understands it even more the longer she hangs out in this corner of the galaxy - but she definitely prefers the genuine side of Han.

"Yes and no. We have robots and artificial intelligence, but they don't quite work in tandem how you're talking about. The AI is just...in the navigation." Some of Tony's inventions probably got close, but they weren't as widespread as they were out here.

"I'd like to know more about them, though." And the thought of having one around wasn't so terrible either.

“You’ll get to.” Han assures her, but in a way that suggests he’s not all that enthusiastic. “They’re all over the place ‘round here.”

With that thought, Han doesn’t see much more point in hanging around here. He takes a few more bites of toast and then, he pushes the small plate away from himself with the back of his hand. A second later, he thinks it over and decides to pick up his plate so Carol doesn’t need to. He ... just doesn’t know where the garbage is or where he should put the dish.

Carol shoves the rest of her own breakfast into her mouth and then realizes that Han's looking at her with the plate in his hand. She quickly chews and swallows before gesturing to one of the metallic sections under the counter.

"Incinerater is there for the food. You can just put the plate by the sink and I'll take care of it later." Probably like, way, way later when she's amassed a few other dishes. In fact, she'll start the pile now with her own.

If he looks awkward, it’s because he’s not a guest of someone else’s very often. At least he’s trying to be considerate. That has to count for something ...

He follows her instructions. Scraping leftover bits into her incinerator and setting the plate by the sink. Captain Solo is satisfyied that he doesn’t appear to be waiting around for her to clean up after him, although, she’ll definitely see that he’s not all that fussy about keeping things neat on his own ship. He’s kinda hoping she’ll give him a pass on tidiness for now, considering there are major repairs going on.

“Thanks for the food.”

Although, she might have noticed that he didn’t seem to have much of an appetite at breakfast time. They’d certainly burned enough calories though the evening together.

If he looks awkward she doesn't notice because she's thinking about how potentially awkward she may be looking. It's not often that she...entertains men like this. Especially not where they're eating in her galley after multiple rounds at night and in the morning.

Carol does like to keep things somewhat tidy, but she'll admit that sometimes she lets the dishes stack up. There's just a lot more important things to do than washing crumbs off plates.

"You're welcome. You ready to head out?"

She did notice he didn't eat a lot, but she's not dwelling on it. For starters, she almost always eats more than other humanoids around her. And second, there are so many reasons that a person may not be eating and she doesn't know Han well enough to pry. Either it will come up at some point...or it won't.

Regardless, she's excited to see his ship.

He finds himself wondering where they should be at in terms affection, while they walk through and off of Harrison.

He likes Carol a whole heck of a lot. Han wouldn't be going through the trouble of showing off his modest ship and sharing astrogation data with her if he didn't, but he doesn't normally leap into bed with the people he's fond of. If it hadn't been so damn good, he'd have almost wished he hadn't. It would have made little things like deciding to hold her hand or not a lot less complicated.

He settles on walking close to her. Intimately close, but not going for the hand. She doesn't strike him as the type that would want that, necessarily, when they were walking through a spaceport.

And yes ... he knows that he's probably over-thinking this. He's still relatively young, though. He can't help it.

"So the Bria is just barely big enough to be considered a medium class freighter." He says, breaking the silence. "I find that most of the time the things I'm really trying to move are small. Hidden in the floors and the walls of the ship, while the cargo bay itself is full of ... whatever."

It's not that Carol is completely against public displays of affection, it's more like she's not used to it. It doesn't even cross her mind that maybe they should hold hands, and even if it did, she would consider that a bit much for someone she so recently met.

Sleep with him? Sure. Hold hands? Maybe not. May not be the most logical thought, but it was hers.

So him settling on a general closeness as they walked was pretty much the best choice he could've made. Carol liked Han quite a bit, but she was messy with relationships. Especially long distance ones that started with probably every intention of just being a one night thing.

Carol nods as he gives the details about the Bria. "That makes sense. Smart, too. Remind me how long you've been smuggling?" It's very possible he told her last night but a lot of details like that got lost after the three orgasms last night.

He struggles to keep a frown off his face. It was one thing for him to try to sell himself off as a great smuggler to a potential client - you have to do that - but it was another thing to try to talk about it with a person you were trying to impress.

It was his own fault, though. He brought it up trying to talk about the ship.

"Uh." He says, feigning like he had to think it over. "Little more than a year."

The thing is, he doesn't have to impress her. At least not like that. Carol is way more interested in how he talks about ships and his relationship with Chewie over his skills as a smuggler. He must be decent if he hasn't gotten caught yet. She's asking because she wants to know more about him as a person.

"And you like it? Or at least well enough?" She's got the sense that people kind of have to make their own way in this galaxy, and it was harder to do that than in her home galaxy.
