Civility be damned. It's unlikely anyone in the room hasn't seen kissing before. So long as their hands remain (mostly) in polite places, the only reason Frea can think of that people would complain is jealousy. And she just can't be bothered with that right now. Not when there's such a kiss to enjoy.
