The force is likely going to teach Rey about the way Han Solo behaves when he's in pain, if her own intuition didn't teach her as much already. When the pain is minor he'll usually play it up for attention. Around her anyway, because she'll indulge him. Chewie does not indulge him. On the other hand, when the pain is serious, that's when Han is usually trying to downplay it.

Likely, she'll sense that he's trying to keep it in. Although, that glass was sharp and he hasn't been able to help most of the grunting and groaning this time.
