It might not be a serious injury, but it's serious enough to wrack her with that guilt. She'd have been concerned even if it had been just as superficial as the scratch to his cheek. She would have been just as concerned even if she hadn't been the cause.
She loves him, after all, and she wants nothing more than to be with him for a long time to come. (Those mentions of exploring new worlds together, of settling down one day somewhere like Kashyyyk that she's looking so forward to.)
Later, maybe, once he's properly bandaged, and they can find some sort of privacy - she'll need that hug. She'll need his closeness. She'll need him.
