Han leans in to give her a kiss. If she'll let him. He doesn't think she'd deny him, but it's not always easy to exchange a kiss with someone when you're crying. It's not going to rank as one of the most smolderingly passionate kisses he's ever given, but it wasn't supposed to. He wanted to comfort and reassure her.
