It's a little bit of a joke, sure, that's the norm with Han. It also happens to be the truth. They might not understand what's happening to her during those nightmares, but they haven't pushed him away. No, it would have to take something more personal, likely. Something that came from a place of cruelty or spite.
"I think ..." He purses his lips for a moment and looks down at her. "... there's this place I know on Takodana. It's a neutral ground for people from all over in the form of a huge castle. The owner, her name's Maz. She's been alive forever, so, she might have heard about other people having the bad dreams like yours."
